The way that we train our staff lies behind our success. Staff attend Courses in everything from physiology and anatomy to diet and exercise at our National Training Academy in Stafford and via online sessions & videos at their Centres.
A Level 1 qualification is expected within two or three months and most achieve a Level 2 qualification within their first year. All staff are required to obtain a recognised First Aid Certificate.
Qualified staff are supported by Instructor Assistants at busy periods whose job it is to ensure that members are happy and know what they are doing when using the equipment.
